Fiona Donnelly, CEO, Nexus Consulting - Organisation Development Consultant
Fiona is an experienced Talent Management professional, specialising in Employee Experience and Employer Brand. She is data-led, and her work leads her to listen and analyse first, and strategise next. Her work encompasses the whole talent cycle, from pre-hire to retire, although she has a particular interest in developing organisational retention strategies.
She is experienced at designing and analysing organisational tools to gain insight into: drivers of talent attraction & commitment; employee experience; employee engagement levels; employer brand quality; turnover levels; and reasons for employee exit (exit interviews).
She holds a MA in Organisational Learning & Development and is a member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD).
Fiona is also an adjunct lecturer at University College Cork in Strategic Management, and Strategic HR Management (SHRM).
